BUYER AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING
- Under no circumstances will this kitten be sold, leased or given away, or sold to
any pet shop, research laboratory or similar facility.
- This kitten will be kept indoors and not be allowed to room freely outside.

- If purchased as a pet, the buyer agrees to neuter or spay this kitten between the
ages of 6 months and 8 months, and agrees and guarantees that this kitten will not
be used for breeding and stud services.
- Seller agrees to provide registration papers for this kitten upon presentation of
a veterinarian’s certificate of neutering or spaying.
- This kitten cannot be shown.
- If this kitten is found to be neglected or mistreated, the buyer will surrender the
kitten to the seller, unconditionally.
